Job Description

SAN CLEMENTE seeking MECHANICAL ASSEMBLERS! Pay depends on experience. $23-25+

Responsibilities
* Perform mechanical assembly of enclosures and structural parts using tools.
* Install and connect internal electronic and mechanical components.
* Route and secure cables/wires following diagrams.
* Perform point-to-point wiring and basic electrical connections.
* Install and label external connectors, switches, and indicators.
* Accurately follow assembly drawings, BOMs, and work instructions.
* Inspect own work for completeness and quality.
* Identify and troubleshoot basic assembly issues.
* Document work performed and any problems encountered.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area with ESD control.


Required Skills and Qualifications
* Proven experience in box build assembly within an electronics manufacturing environment.
* Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings, wiring diagrams, bills of materials, and work instructions.
* Proficient in the use of various hand tools (screwdrivers, wrenches, pliers, crimpers, etc.) and basic power tools.
* Basic understanding of electrical wiring and cable routing principles.
* Familiarity with ESD control procedures and best practices.
* Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
* Good problem-solving skills for identifying and resolving basic assembly issues.
* Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
* Good communication and teamwork skills.
